Frequently asked

Questions hosts ask before sending their link.

Is the audit really free?
Yes. The free audit is a short, personalized first-look read on your listing, no payment and no obligation. If you want a deeper line-by-line teardown with a walkthrough call, that's the paid Listing Audit on the Services page.
How long does it take to get my audit back?
Two business days from the time you submit your link. If you submit on a Friday or over the weekend, expect it by Tuesday.
What will my audit actually include?
First-look notes on your title, cover photo, and the first three frames, the single biggest opportunity I see on your listing, and an honest fit check on whether you can implement it yourself or need a fuller refresh.
Do I need to share my income or analytics?
No. Just the public listing link is enough for the free audit. If you want a deeper paid review, sharing your performance data helps but is never required.
Do you audit listings outside the US?
Yes. I audit Airbnb and VRBO listings worldwide. The platforms behave similarly across markets, and I tune the feedback to your local comp set.
What happens after I get my notes?
You can implement everything yourself, no strings attached. If the audit surfaces work that's bigger than a DIY fix, I'll let you know what a paid engagement would look like, but only if it's actually warranted.
